North Central Washington's Premier Thai Restaurant. Here at The Thai we have proudly been serving authentic Bangkok-style Thai cuisine in the Wenatchee Valley since 1991. Our restaurant is family-owned and operated and as such we welcome you and your fami
Came for dinner last night, and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food is here at The Thai. We ordered the fried spring rolls, the chicken fried rice and the Thai Basil with chicken. All were very good, but the Thai Basil stood out...the beans cooked perfectly..still a little crisp, and the broth was superb. One of the things my wife and I enjoyed about our time in Thailand was mango sticky rice for dessert...so we asked if it was available here. Sure enough...mangos in season so we gave it a try. The sticky rice was great with the toasted coconut on top. Mangos here just aren't the same as in Thailand where they are fresh off the trees, but overall it was a very tasty dessert. Really appreciated the cleanliness of this restaurant...including the bathrooms. Anthony Bourdain always said to check out the bathrooms when you go to a restaurant...if they don't care enough to clean the toilets they won't care about your food. The restrooms here are super clean. Our waitress, Nancy, was so great. Provided excellent service and even tried to get the recipe for the broth for us. (no go...kept under lock and key!!!)We will definitely be back.

It'd been awhile for us, and now I can't wait to get back here again!! Thanks to my fiancé, we shared an amazingly flavorful Tom Yum (seafood) soup as an appetizer. I couldn't have been happier with her choice. The Pineapple Curry I ordered was also delicious. Mai Lee Thai is definitely one of my favorites!!
At Om Cooking, you will find menu items that draw inspiration from Thailand, Laos and other Asian countries using recipes with my personal twist on them. Our dishes are both scrumptious and authentic! I hope Om Cooking becomes one of your local favorites
The interior of this downtown restaurant is spartan and tidy. The staff are friendly and professional. The fresh rolls are made to order, the menu has familiar and new (to us) dishes. The dinners were delivered to our table quickly with the vegetables cooked perfectly, the noodles springy and the curry zippy. The wine pours are generous. We ate there two nights in a row!

This was a pleasant surprise to find that the new restaurant Spice Thai Kitchen was very good. The food was great and really fresh. We went for lunch and had the lunch buffet. Everything was very tasty and good. The service was great! We even got to meet the chef. Nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. Overall a very good experience and we will be returning many times in the future I'm sure.
