Good eat. Good music. Good girl. Have pool.
A good bar that also serves great Mexican food, I ordered the burrito's 10/10, cost 199 baht but the only complaint was the burrito's were held together with toothpicks (hard to see and I ended up eating one). The bar is staffed by friendly Thai's, free Wi-Fi 15mbps, a pool table and a good sound system.Located here.. 7.204556, 100.592569
We were looking today for a place to have breakfast. To our surprise in this bakery they had a full card of freshly cooked Thai dishes. So we had very tasty warm dishes with fresh coffe and different juices for breakfast. That was very pleasant. The place is clean and 'feels good', the staff is friendly and the prices reasonable. We'll be back with pleasure tonight. Very recommendable.
This restaurant is part of a large, professionally operated "Thai group of restaurants". The menu features "popular dishes" such as duck, Dim Sum as well as a "STEAMBOAT" (i.e. a type of Thai buffet which the diner chooses items and then cooks them). The staff are well trained and are very helpful! One will not be disappointed after having a meal there!!

After 15 years of Songkhla, and regular visits to Parlang, I was never disappointed by the wonderful owners, their excellent service, and delicious food and drinks. I wish it wasn't so but due to retirement, the owners closed their restaurant about 1 year ago, 2011.
Lovely setting on a fairly quiet street. Restaurant is mostly visited by locals, but the manager spoke great English & was able to customize food for my vegetarian colleague. We are here twice in 2 weeks & it was very good. Only drawbacks are toilets are all Thai style and menu would be hard to order from if we were not with locals. The English translations were amusing but not always descriptive. As a bonus, they serve fried Platypus, we think.
Songkhla Food Guide: 10 Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Songkhla
I live in Songkhla City suburbs, so it's a handy beach to visit whenever I have a couple of spare hours. It's a conservative area, so I wear long-sleeved surfer shirts and pants over my swimsuit, and unless you have a hotel room on the beach, there are no free changing rooms, although a local can duck into one of the spare bathrooms seen on the bottom floor of most apartment buildings. I usually just ride my motorbike to the beach and ride it home without changing, letting my clothes dry on the way home. My extra clothes protect me from possible jellyfish stings, sunburn, and sand burn, if there are high waves. When there are no monsoon winds, the Gulf of Thailand is usually quiet, compared to the Andaman Sea, on the other side of the southern Thailand isthmus, and when the sea is rough, the waves break sharply, very close to shore, often right onto the beach, so it's not good for surfing. It is good for leisurely swimming and lying around on your back, looking at the clouds. There are many attractions nearby, so it's a good place to stop by after climbing Tang Kuan Hill, or visiting Song Thale Park to ride the ferry for free. Vendors sell boiled eggs, crackers and other treats on the beach, and you can fly a kite, play volleyball, paint ceramics, take a banana boat ride, or go wind surfing. Near the north end of the beach you can rent horses, have dinner on the beach, buy curios, or take a photo with the famous Gold Mermaid statue,

Waited 1-1.5 hours for our orders to be served. Apparently the person who took the orders forgot to key-in the bill this the didnât prepare the food. This also happened to most of the customers who came at least during our visit. Not only that, due to their mistakes of not preparing the food earlier, most of the seafoodâs stock that day had run out of stock. Terrible service, so-so food.

You already list the Parlang, which the review on your site no longer represents. The Mudmhee restaurant is next to the Parlang and down a small side street.
Located in the center of town, but in a quiet dead-end alley, this restaurant serves delicious food. Missing are only the typical Isaan favorites of grilled chicken and green papaya salad.

Our slogan 'MAKAN' in Malaysia language means 'eat' and in Thailand language means 'come together'. Thus, it have a combination of 'come eat together' in both languages. We serve authentic Malaysia's cuisine, coconut milk rice with our homemade sambal rec
Visited this restaurant with some friends for some lunch. Fai, the lady who served us, was very attentive and recommended some delicious dishes for us to try. The food was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend for those who love authentic Thai food in a Cody atmosphere. 10/10 Will be back again.
