I knew about this restaurant when walked along the Rajang Park along the Rajang river.I browse through their menu before and it seems not cheap compare with the current Sibu standard, more toward hotel price. The environment is cosy and great for gathering. You can make early reservation for your lunch or dinner or event have the party at the restaurant. Interior design is great, no doubt. How about the food? I am not satisfy with it. I had Chao Cai Tapah Fish Soup which had very little fish and the fish was super fishy!! The Lady Finger with XO Sauce(but oily) & Salted Egg Crispy Fish were good. The pineapple rice was disappointing, not really taste the pineapple. Overall with the $$$ I paid, not really worth for this standard of food. They also have the value lunch set for around RM10, you may want to try that if you just want to enjoy the environment but spent less.for full review and picture, you may visit below linkhttp://rainfooddiary.blogspot.sg/2014/06/the-art-cafe-and-restaurants.html

Where to eat Asian food in Sibu: The Best Restaurants and Bars
It was a gem of a find in Sibu. Food was very tasty, staff was very helpful and friendly too. We had deep fried squid which was very crunchy with all the spices perfectly blended in. Cekur manis with eggs was just perfectly cooked too. The 3-flavoured siakap was good too though the fish was a tad over fried. Seafood tomyam had a generous portion of seafood in it. Because it was Fatherâs Day, we were served a complimentary egg dish. This place is recommended for a good family dinner.
