We went a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night with friends. All that I can say is that it was OK - the service was slow and we were in a bit of the restaurant that the staff didn't seem to come to very often. The food was nicely presented but not quite there. I like my thai food a little spicier, infact the som tam didn't taste as though it had any chilli in it at all. The curries were very watery, not creamy and the fish cakes were more of a slice off a sausage rather than the usual individual fish cakes that are usual in a thai restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone who liked real thai food as all the dishes seemed to be a bit lacking in something. I won't give a bad review but I personally would not go again. There are many better Thai restaurants in Basel.

If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this not the place. The choice of dishes lacks imagination. We had four dishes and three of them included the same vegetables. Fortunately we ordered the duck breast with the sauce separately. The shrimp wrap was quite ok. However all in all nothing exciting, very few Thai herbs

Authenthic Thai Food, with ist original Thai recipes
This busy restaurant was hidden away, but worth the walk. The staff were very helpful and obliging, Two other diners had ordered the wrong dish, but staff were amazing, changed the dish for them and offered advice on what would be more appropriate. The food was tasty and plentiful. Presentation was amazing

The location near the border with Basel makes this place very convenient to enjoy good chinese food at a very reasonable price. Swiss prices are really expensive, and here you can have a good variety and not spend your whole salary in a plate of plain riceThe staff is friendly and the restaurant is cozy..will be better I guess, when they remove the scaffolding which is currently there

After enjoying a hundred percent delicious dinner, we asked about the history of this lovely place. We learned that the foundress spent her early days in Thailand selling street food, before moving to Switzerland with her sister and brother-in law. Now being a grandmother and semi-retired, she still prepares the sauces herself - so, if you want authentic Thai food: here it is, guaranteed! Most delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere in a delicately and tastefully decorated space.Whole-heartedly recommended!

We typically stay away from asian restaurants in Europe as they are disappointing. Boo is a mixed story. It was very full when we visited and obviously very popular. The service was prompt and friendly. However, they forgot to put my daughters order in and her food arrived long after the rest of ours. The food is good, but if this place was in asia or the US, they would be empty. For Switzerland the prices are a value, even though it wouldn't look like to compared to the US.

Reasonably sized restaurant with decent decor and lighting that serves Japanese and Chinese dishes. The service staff is very friendly and courteous. The sushi on the other hand was mediocre. The texture of the rice was not right and did not taste right
