My wife and I visited for the first time. We like the decor a lot. For our Appetizers we had dumplings and their spring rolls. We didn't like the dumplings at all. More than likely because we are used to only pork fried dumplings that are lightly fried, and these are more heavy fried and in these dumplings there is a mix of pork, chicken and shrimp. I could only taste the chicken. Well...after looking at their menu later on, I noticed we should have ordered the Gyoza dumplings. So our fault for ordering the wrong thing. The Spring rolls were very good. Both the dipping sauces for the Spring rolls and dumplings were very tasty. For our Entree my wife had the Masaman curry. It was very good. I had the drunken noodles with shrimp. A slight heat to the drunken noodles. Just right. Very good too. The portions are smaller than other Thai places we have been to, but still big enough to be filling.

Just had another wonderful dinner at my favorite thai restaurant in York pa. This is one spot that is a must for anyone who likes thai food, great atmosphere and really good service. And surprisingly inexpensive. Make reservations as this place gets pretty packed, especially on the weekends. Great assortment on the menu, my favorite is the sea dragon! I have not had a bad meal since I've started going to this restaurant. This place is consistantly good. Stop in and enjoy.

We visited Viet Thai at their new location at York County Shopping Center. It never bothered us to eat at the old venue, but this one has more space. Our meals were delicious, fresh and plentiful. The prices here are so reasonable. I had coconut soup (lick-the-bowl-delicious), a huge spring roll, and this time went with chicken pad thai instead of being more adventurous. My meal with both apps was $13 and I took half the pad thai home for later. We really enjoy the meals at similar restaurants in the area, but in our humble opinion, we find the value and food can't be beat at Viet Thai. The service was great and staff is helpful with any questions we had. My first choice will always be Viet Thai, which was once Market Street Cafe/Viet Thai. We would love if they reopened the old venue too.

We were antique shopping in Columbia and decided to cross the river into Wrightsville. We chose the River House based upon the ratings from others. The restaurant serves American fare. The portions were large and tasted good. It was very inexpensive.
