Many excellent Thai cuisine, looks inviting, tastes good.I like the grisp pork knuckle most. It takes a long time but worth to wait. They have a good selection of Bavarian beer. All a little expensive. For this reason just 4 points.
New Restaurant in town offerring good lunch set, coffee, special soft drinks, bakery and dinner. You can get both Thai and European Dishes along with Steak.
White Wall Riverfront Cafe and Hotel is the new gem of Kamphaengphet province, located by the river "Ping" which aim to be the best place for welcoming all tourists with romantic and splendid river view. Our food is made by experienced chef which is Thai,
Just heard that there's a new restaurant open by the river that decorated in Mediterranean style. Itâs a fabulous discovery !!! Â I'm so impressed by the classy style of the place, also stunning with the taste of food, cheese cake(recommended) and good coffee which I never thought I could find this quality in Kamphaengphet. Amazing staff, I definitely come back again!
This restaurant lies just within the boundary of the Kamphaeng Phet Historic park. The food was very local but our guide translated for us as we do not like spicy food.It was good and freshly cooked. They were very few people for lunch but it seems it is popular at weekends and at night. There seems to be a popular local nightspot with groups performing. The price was very good . Soft drinks were limited .

I visited this place twice during my travels in Thailand. If, like me, you are looking for a real typical thai restaurant and trying to avoid expensive places made for tourists, you will like this one: the food here is simple but the ingredients are fresh and the dishes have a rich and surprisingly intense flavour. My favourite one was the chopped pork slices with rice (I do not know how they call it in their language though): I think I got addicted to that :-)Thai people are really kind: someone from the staff even helped me getting around the city and gave some useful suggestions (...and I assure you that it is really hard to find people who can speak english in Thailand). If you are passing by this town I suggest you to give it a try: the place is the main city square, so it is hard to miss.
Family owned and operated continuously since 1995. Biggest and best restaurant in the area, with reasonable prices, good service, great taste and great views from either tables on the river bank or tables on the floating restaurant's deck. Air-conditioned
Thai cuisine is good here. WiFi if I want to sit for a while with a beer. It is one of 3 restaurants which are approx. equal regarding the scenic Ping river view, good cuisine at moderate prices. Popular among the Thais & me.

Telling the truth, the cuisine did not win my heart, but they have Bavarian Beer, Erdinger, for just THB 150.- Around the corner at another restaurant it costs THB200.-. Because I love the refreshing Erdinger yeast wheat beer speciality the Tasty is a great place for me.

Air conditioned modern restaurant serving Burgers, Pork Steaks, Salads, Thai food and Thai Fusion food and a selection of Thai beers. We also offer a take out service. Thai and South African owned
The Burgers there, either beef, chicken, or pork, are the best burgers I have ever tasted. The other food was delicious as well. According to my mom, the Thai food was the most transcending she had ever perceived and the French Fries were sensational. The owner and staff were super nice. Everything is reasonable. I had a beef burger and was full. But then, the staff told me that the ice cream was only 45 baht for two big scoops, so I had to take it. I definitely suggest this place to anybody who is either driving past Kamphaeng Phet (like us) or if you're vacating here. Awesome place!Hello, I am sure you guys are back in Chang Mai by now and we hope you enjoyed your holiday.Thank you for your great review and we look forward to seeing you next time you are on the road

Baan Nichapa is an indoor/outdoor restaurant in a lush garden by the Ping River in the historic city of Kamphaeng Phet. It specialises in traditional country-style Thai cuisine. It has been awarded a Thai Select Certificate, official recognition (and assu
We couldnât believe the food could be so delicious right here in Kamphaeng Phet, a non cosmopolitan city. We were so stunned by how much they displayed on the menu. Geez they must really have capable cooks! There are even rare selections of appetizers and main dishes. It was awesome and the atmosphere in the evening and at breakfast was nice and private. We ordered soft shell crab and lon pla, a kind of traditional dip and both were better than any restaurants in Bangkok that we have tried. The food came within a short while only. Itâs a pity we only stayed at Mae Ping Mango resort for 1 night so we lost the opportunity to try other dishes. We appreciate your kind review of our restaurant - especially as it has been written by someone who obviously knows and loves Thai cuisine. Our chef Khun Nichapa (also called Kung) learned about Thai herbs and spices as a very young child. Her mother worked in the local market and her father cooked the family meals before heading off to his job. Nichapa helped both of them and the knowledge she gained has stayed with her. She has also noticed restaurant menus these days tend to be very similar and the range of dishes offered is shrinking. She decided create her own original and expansive menu, including many delicious old favourites that are now rarely seen on the "identikit" menus. We're very pleased that you enjoyed the results. We hope you have a chance to return to Kamphaeng Phet - and to Maeping Mango Resort.
