Original Thai restaurant in a cosy "Brabant" atmosphere.

Visited this restaurant on the first evening in Eindhoven as it was in close proximity to our hotel. It is situated 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre but it is well worth the walk! We were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the restaurant. The owner greeted us on arrival seated us immediately. We were then served by an incredibly polite and affable waiter. He provided us with some Thai crackers whilst we explored the menu. We ordered spring rolls start, a pork curry (good) and a beef curry (amazing!) which were both accompanied with a generous serving of rice. The portion size was just right and the quality was extremely good. The whole meal plus 4 big beers came to less than â¬40pp which we thought we good value for money.After our meals the owner came over and chatted. He seemed genuinely interested in our experience and the rest of our holiday. I mentioned it was my girlfriend birthday, he not only made sure happy birthday was played, he also gave her a small gift. It was a very special touch which we both really appreciated.This is a very good Thai restaurant and thanks to the service, it was one of my favorite dinning experiences.

I always wonder how owners of a restaurant are able to serve dishes in a foreign country and still manage to compete with the original dishes from their home country. In this case the dishes originate from Thailand and are as delicious in Eindhoven as in Thailand. Perfect taste, well served and friendly staff.

We've been here several times with varying degrees of success, but overall the food was above-average: creamy curry sauce most times. I'd say if you eat here stick with curry dishes rather than a more adventure some dish like the papaya salad. The dessert dish of fried bananas and icecream was not bad at all; in fact I could eat two of those any day.
