This was the fourth time that we have dined at The Birdcage on two separate visits to Cairo. What a wonderful restaurant it is, excellent choice and we have not had a poor meal yet. Everything cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff are attentive without being obtrusive and so very friendly. Would recommend trying the Egyptian wine which can easily compare to anything (other than vintage) from Spain/Australia/Italy etc, the latter being imported and much more expensive. I just went to Saigon with my girlfriend for our anniversary and we had a great time! The service is fantastic , they take very good care of you, the food was good as well. This restaurant was amazing. The staff was excellent and offered excellent customer service. We had the sea bass, prawns and spring rolls which was all very tasteful. attentive. I had the sea bass and prawns. I also had the spring rolls. Which was very tasteful.
