I have been eating at Mr. Wong often and i really have to say there is not much to complain about the food. Itâs asian fast food and either itâs getting prepared within seconds or itâs already cooked in the take away wok. The negative points about the restaurant are the way too expensive prices for everything and the unfriendly staff. If you want to have food quickly without waiting, itâs a good option.

Hier kann man auch wunderbar einen Kindergeburtstag feiern - Der Koch hier ist ausgebildeter Confiseur und fabriziert die Kuchen da selber, und das wunderbar. Und gleichzeitig mit den Kindern davor kann man im Sportzenter auch eine sportliche Betätigung buchen. Zum Essen hatten wir (Erwachsene) gelben Curry - wird im Rechaud Pfännchen serviert - schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Unsere hatten Schnitzel und Pommes Frites, Fleischqualität - vom lokalen Metzger geliefert

We often come for lunch on weekdays and sunday. Varied choice of swiss and thai food, always well cooked, beautifully presented with friendly service. Lunchtime specials during the week are very good value. During the season, local venison and wild boar are delicious. We can also recommend the thai soups and curries. Family running restaurant are originally from Thailand, but have many years experience in quality Basel restaurants. So you get the best of swiss and thai cuisine - everything is so good - only the choice is difficult!

After enjoying a hundred percent delicious dinner, we asked about the history of this lovely place. We learned that the foundress spent her early days in Thailand selling street food, before moving to Switzerland with her sister and brother-in law. Now being a grandmother and semi-retired, she still prepares the sauces herself - so, if you want authentic Thai food: here it is, guaranteed! Most delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere in a delicately and tastefully decorated space.Whole-heartedly recommended!
