Friends suggested this restaurant and we visited as a group. The shrimp green curry was excellent. So excellent that I visited twice in the same week. The shrimp spring rolls were also great. My only complaint was the service. Not very friendly and the server never checked back to refill drinks on either visit.

Where to eat Bar food in Burnsville: The Best Restaurants and Bars

The chicken pad Thai is Excellent and the absolute Best we've ever eaten!!!We've been dining here since 2004 and It's a solid and consistent dish served family style. There is an abundance of meat in this dish now where it feeds 2-3 people easily (new owners doubled meat portions as a standard with no price increases). The flavors are slightly sweet but Zesty and spot on with garnishments of fresh scallions and cilantro. We've had pad thai's from various restaurants and resorts in California, Nevada, Florida, Illinois, four islands in Hawaii and Europe. Honestly, the Best Pad Thai we've eaten is from Spice Thai here in Savage!!!The secret really is in their sauce here! There is no flavor, consistency or certain touch I can explain about this dish except for the facts the pad Thai is superior to all others my family and I have eaten. Now The cheese puffs are in a category of their own... They are always soft with a slightly crisp edge (scalloped trim) and they have a tiny crunch to them. It's water chestnut minced with the filling and folded neatly into triangles. They're not balled up sloppy to where you bite into it and have a mouth full of cream cheese... You can actually bite into these ones and savor the filling and the crisp wonton wrap@ the same time! These are served with a clear, sweet dipping sauce ( Not the red sweet and sour chicken sauce other's serve with cheese puffs). It's a Very unique creation and always a solid appetizer also. We recommend pad Thai any way you want it and the Exquisite cheese puffs. The lunch specials@ Spice offer the same recipe but single serve portion which is great! If you want quality, delicious and consistent Pad Thai, try this place!Places like taste of ThaiYai compromise their recipes on certain lunch and dinner entrees because of specials pricing... I can't enjoy your dish to its full extent if you remove ingredients to scale back on pricing... I'd rather pay more for a good, solid dish than save $2 dollars on an altered lunch special. Cutting cost doesn't market well...Back in 2014 we ordered the chicken pad Thai (salty and Americanized, not worth mentioning) and chicken laab. To our displeasure the laab we received from ThaiYai was only sliced chicken and tossed with Pantai's sweet chili sauce, the kind they serve with egg rolls chili sauce... Yes, they did do this and thought we couldn't tell it wasn't genuine laab... Chicken laab is minced, tossed with fresh lemongrass, ginger, garlic etc... Returned the pad Thai and laab dish and We never went back to that place. Been loyal to Spice ever since.
