Reviews on Thai food in Blue Mountains, Ontario, Canada. Although the name suggests otherwise, the Blue Mountains is an actual town in Grey County that consists of several small communities including Thornbury, Christie Beach, Clarksburg, Heathcote and Ravenna. The area is very picturesque and scenic in the summer months and during "apple season" in the autumn, but the town is most famous for its mountains. Tourists flock to Intrawest's Blue Mountain Ski Resort year-round for its wide array of offerings. If you aren't in the mood for skiing or snowboarding, take a stroll through Blue Mountain Village and enjoy a coffee at one of the cafes or a meal in one of the many restaurants located in the village.

We went as a group of 7 on the recommendation of our friends who live locally. On their advice we let the owner make her recommendations. We were served with a variety of dishes, each different but all so fresh and so tasty. The owner and her staff were so nice and friendly and very helpful in explaining each dish. I am definitely a Thai food convert. Highly recommended.

I don't care for the fried rice, but I don't care for fried rice anywhere. The Sweet and Sour chicken balls are superb. One of my favorite snack to get in town. The menu is very extensive. I always find the food fairly fresh and prepared quickly. The staff are very nice and quite adorable.

We were greeted with a lovely smile by a friendly and hospitable woman who efficiently took our small order and had it ready in a timely fashion. She even offered us a seat and water while we waited. She allowed us to customize our tofu and vegetables to tofu and bok choy. It was a different kind of tofu than the usual cubed block style tofu, rather it was a softer Tudor that soaked up the black bean sauce beautifully. We had hot and sour soup, won ton soup and egg drop soup...all delicious. The hot and sour was indeed hot (not overly spicy) and sour and not gelatinous, beautiful silky texture. The wonton soup had 5 tender pork-filled wonton in a delicate but flavourful broth. The egg drop soup had the same delicious brith generously strewed with strands of egg drop and mushrooms. This Chinese Food restaurant cares about what they feed customers and how they are treated.Note:each table for eat in service is spotlessly clean and set, with condiments and little scissors at each table to avoid the “condiment packet explosion”.Fast, delicious, friendly and thoughtful!
