This restaurant was still closed when we came but we were able to have a sneak preview of the inside. Nice interior in great Asian/modern style. The outside seating is standard Swiss. During summertime "Tao Tao" restaurant is serving its delicious dishes also at the open air swimming pool "Muribad" by the river "Aare". You can go directly to the restaurant without paying the entrance fee to the pool.You will find the same high quality of gastronomy as in the main restaurant in Gümligen (Melchenbühl station).The chinese-swiss landlady is always very cordial and helpful.I doubt whether to give 4 or 5 points. But I'd like to leave open some potential for even further improvements. I think in a year or so "Tao Tao" will deserve 5 points.

We met at the Restaurant Oldtimer Galerie to discuss a few business details with my partners. Everyone of us took a kind of curry such as my favorite, the red curry. It was very delicious. After the meal and our conversation, we went for a walk through the classic car exposition at the Oldtimer Galerie. For me a perfect day! Just stunning these cars and the food fantastic as well. I can really recommend a visit!

I had a yummy lunch with mixed beef and carrots, accompanied by rice (CHF 14). The service so far is good, but partially self-service (drinks, chekout). 2.50 for a little bottle of a soft drink is very advantageous.It's located in a block where there are other restaurants (1 Chinese, 1 other Thai, 1 Pizza and Döner). For lack of a parking I had to walk for a while. The interior is basic, but well-kept.It's an acceptable spot, but competition is very keen in this area. All the best wishes !
