My family, including two children, found this restaurant on our third day in Battambang and it was instantly our favorite. Not only is the food excellent, but the prices are great.The menu includes western, Khmer and Thai food and the menu includes pictures to help with your decision. The owners speak excellent English and will adjust the spice level to suit your preference.The breakfast is excellent with fried eggs done to perfection (which is hard to find), yummy bacon and toast. Their shakes are wonderful....I swear the mango shakes are the best we have ever had. We returned several times during our stay and tried many things from the menu which were all delicious. In particular, we enjoyed the pad thai (which is better than any we had in Thailand), the cashew nut chicken and the pumpkin soup but the sweet and salty, basil leaf and smoked fish salad were also excellent.We are heading to Siem Reap after Battambang and are planning to take their bacon sandwiches for the boat ride! Yum!This restaurant also has free WiFi and some plug-ins if you need to re-charge your phone.This restaurant is a gem and although we went to lots of other restaurants, we kept going back to this one for the amazing food and friendly owners.

We are specialized on Khmer and Thai food for more than 10 years in Cambodia and Thailand. Best Pad Thai, Spring rolls, Lok Lak beef, Green Curry, Khmer Curry, Sweet and Sour fish, Papaya Salad plus Fried Fish. These dishes are highly recommended.

Chillies Restaurant has beautiful food for westerners and Khmere.Some asked for no chillies and some for chillies nothing is too much trouble. We were staying in the hotel and decided to try the restaurant out. The menu has both Asian and western food but unlike some small local restaurants where food can be average, the food served here is actually very good! Would recommend the chicken and cashew nut stir fry and the green curry. Restaurant itself is based outside the main hotel but fully sheltered and really lovely relaxing atmosphere, the staff are also from the hotel but very friendly and helpful. Really great restaurant if you want some cheap but very good Asian/Khmer food.

We have been to this resturant (within the Khemera 1 hotel) many times over the past year and it has never failed to disappoint.A comprehensive menu of Khmer, Thai, Chinese and western food is offered throughout the day. If you plan to eat Asian, its best to go in bigger groups as their portions are huge.One of the best pizzas in Battambang is available here too.
