Mostly good experience - seated rather quickly (wasn't busy when we arrived), quickly ordered a couple beers (fast) - then as got busier everything slowed and hard to know who was providing service. The Arancini was EXCELLENT, but second order came with wrong sauce (they fixed).Dear customer,Thank you very much for your comments. We are happy to read that you appreciated our atmosphere and loved our home made Arancini! We apologize for the mistake in the sauce order and the slow service when it was getting busier. We hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again soon! All the best,Qu'importe team

I don't have much to say... I turned up (it was just me), asked for a table for 1, and the woman was really rude. She said something in French, and I said I don't understand, do you speak English (in French). She just shrugged her shoulders and pointed to the door. She couldn't have cared less...

The cafe is located in Old town beside the Banc de la treille. It also looked like they have outdoor dining areas by it to see the views. Keep an eye out for the sign by the entrance on the walls of the old building. There was plenty of seating inside but I did book beforehand as I only had a night there. Service was really good, water kept topped up and not rushing. The place did looks quite fancy but it was also very relaxed so it was easy to just sit there and enjoy the meal.Had a beer and that came with a fairly large bowl full of nuts and other salty treats. Nice to snack while perusing through the menu. I started with the quail pie and that was amazing. The pastry was crisp and flakey and the filling was rich and tasty. One of the best pies I've had, I would probably come back just for this. The sauce was just so flavourful. It came with a salad and bread, which was nice to dip into the sauce. For the main, I went with the civet coq au vin. The vegetables were all seasoned and cooked beautifully. I found the meat to be too dry. The sauce was delicious but quite lacking so that was disappointing. Think that if there was more sauce then the meat wouldn't have been as dry and been more enjoyable. The pistachio religious for dessert was nice. They even came and poured the chocolate "habit" over the pastry. A nice crispness to the pastry and the filling was tasty, as was the ice cream. It was an enjoyable experience overall and not a bad choice if you do only have one night in Geneva.

Needed to make sure to have fondue in Geneva. This restaurant is a favorite of friends and came highly recommended. Glad we were able to get reservations. The restaurant is on the hill of the old town. So, the setting is beautiful and romantic. The fondue was great. Service was attentive.Lovely evening.

It is a classic french restaurant with a mom, pop, and son service. The food is excellent. Nothing groundbreaking, but excellent, which is exactly what good restaurants should strive for. The service was very friendly and adorable, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

My nephew who lives in Geneva brought us here and I'm glad he did. This is the first time I've ever been to "cook your own meat" kind of restaurant, but I truly enjoyed the experience. The meat selection consisted of Aged Ribeye, Shrimp and Chicken. The aged ribeye steak was particularly good. We all had a great time grilling and tasting the various sauces brought to us. The service was very attentive and friendly. This is definitely one of the most memorable meals in Geneva.

The welcoming was nice and warm. The place is very nice though a bit of "refreshing" wouldn't hurt the cosy ambiance.Dishes were excellent: tasty and well presented. Only the rhabarb tarte was naff and kind of industrial... nothing particular really. Strange that tartes are not protected by a "cloche" right after the entrance. Some of them looked really yummy... not the one I choosed unfortunately. The service was very good all along the dinner, unfortunately, at the end, the waiter was kind of missing and we couldn't order or ask for our bill as we wished.Petit bemol for the smokers "parked" outside the main entrance, obliging the comers and goers to go through the smoke cloud. Same situation with the waiter going to the backyard for a smoke coming into the restaurant with all the smoke behind them.

'Les Curiades' vous offre un accueil et une ambiance chaleureuse. La carte et les menus vous montrent la qualite de la production de la region genevoise, en ajoutant l'inspiration creative du chef et des influences d'ici et d'ailleurs.
It is sometimes hard to meet expectations when one has such excellent memories of previous visits. So after our kir royal we were slightly taken aback when (1) the salad then came as part of the menu d'été was rather insignificant and wilted; (2) the waiter forgot to bring the bread with the starter (for which he later on profusely apologised) and (3) the amuse gueule announced for the menus apparently did not apply to à la carte meals.I found my starter (gaspacho with focaccio and goat cheese - see picture) slightly farfetched but the combination of the goatcheese with the gaspacho was good. From then on things looked up and all was forgiven, because the main dishes were glorious: the small octopus a la plancha on a bed of saffron risotto with artichoke bottoms mixed in, as well as the freshly made steak tartare. I had a little advokaat in between (a Dutch/Belgian alcoholic delicacy) and then dessert managed to keep up the standards with my galette with almond cream and poached Valais apricot with delicate icecream. So we left happy with the intention to return soon.Dear robert_bos53First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write this review following your dinner at restaurant âLes CuriadesâThe comments of our guests are extremely helpful to improve our services: we used to attach great importance to it.Thatâs why I would like to present you my apologies if we missed some of your expectations in the beginning of your menu But we are more than happy to read that we have been able to meet your expectations at the end!!Hope to see you soon in our restaurantYours sincerely,Pascal Cloetens

We went for a dinner. This is a Michelin star restaurant. Though the prices are on higher side, itâs worth every penny spent. Everything from the appetisers to entree and dessert are cooked to perfection. The food is accompanied by a great selection of wines. Tried baby squids and lobster tail. Both were flavourful and delicious. Thank you a lot for your visit and your very nice comment. We are glad that you enjoyed spending time at our restaurant. Our menu changes every five weeks so that we always work with fresh and local products. We will be pleased to welcome you again soon.Stéphane

That was an office Christmas dinner, so the place sounded right with enough place to accomodate groups and formulas that sound fiendly to share. But the result came as disappointing: too much noise, too hot (because of the broilers), too smelly. When you go out, your clothes seem like you will never be able to wear them again. The meat is ok, the fondues are average. For 60 CHF per person with wine but no dessert, this is not what I call good value.
