Reviews on Sushi food in Tokyo, Tokyo Prefecture, Japan. There are 23 districts in the center of Tokyo, and they have a huge variety of different characteristics. Ginza offers department stores and luxury boutiques, Shibuya and Harajuku are bustling with young people, Akihabara is the birth place of 'Otaku' culture and Asakusa features an old-style downtown atmosphere.

I've eaten at more traditional sushi bars in Tokyo and elsewhere in Japan. This experience was a bit more modern. The food was top-notch in terms of freshness. I did think the chef-chosen fish was a good variety, but also thought the number of servings for the price was a little slim. You will surely enjoy the experience. but as with most high-end sushi in Japan, you have to come with a sense of adventure. You will be served items you would never see in your home country.

Fully automated ordering and delivery of dishes, without the need for human contact. Something completely different from the European approach in reastaurant :). In addition, very tasty food. It is worth spending some time choosing dishes and food. A great way to share a meal with friends.

Super nice staff and food! There are set menus for different prices depending how much you wanna sploosh. Or then to take the ala carte option. Cool vibe inside and always full!! Consider making a reservation or just head to the restaurant very early before it gets busy. Will def come again
â Exquisite cuisine using fresh fish only from Tsukiji A gem that is packed with the connoisseurs and technology of our shop, a long-established store in Tsukiji.
I'm fond of this sushi restaurant just outside Tsukiji Fish Market but this was the first time to visit during lunchtime. It was a Saturday and I was getting a bit alarmed with the area packed with tourists. There were a handful of guests waiting for their seats, before us but the wait was not that long till we were given two seats at the counter in front of the chefs, which are the best seats to enjoy sushi. We ordered the second dearest sushi combination and two smaller sushi selections. I can say I have never been let down by the food they serve. Although busy with many guests the chief chef kept an eye on all our needs. Perhaps it's best that you go in the evening as things are much quieter.

Established in 1987, named "XEX Club House" at that time, and known as the first "members only" venue in Japan, XEX quickly become one of the most popular spot in Tokyo, crowded not only with Japanese celebrities, but as well became a favoured destination
Came here with my family. They have a set menu that only includes beef teppanyaki. Since we donât eat beef we had to order ala carte was very good. We had the nigiri, chicken teriyaki, two fish dishes and the udon. Each were delicious. However... they forgot to bring my rice, soup and pickles, never poured our sake - I had to ask for them to pour my husband (Iâm not precious - the way we were sitting across the hot table made it difficult short of standing up and bringing him the carafe), only refilled our water glasses once, spilled on me and just generally forgot about us until I asked for the check. You canât charge that price point for food and totally forget about your customers. Thank you for you dine with us.Unfortunately, you were not comfortable our service that so apologized. They do not on purpose about that, however made your feel unhappy. We will train hard to good quality service.Thank you for your honesty comments.

I had a lunch with 4 colleagues in the office. The restaurant is located at B1 floor under Yaesu South Gate in Tokyo station. From the presentation of the dishes, to the explanation of where the food originated from, this was an incredible experience from start to finish. Yuuki is very welcoming and he takes immense pride in his preparation. Each dish is completely different and very flavorful. I would highly recommend the sake pairing as well. I canât wait to go back the next time Iâm in Tokyo.
