My partner and I are sushi lovers, we have tried many sushi restaurants in the area but unfortunately been unlucky. We've heard about chef Hashimoto, and certainly wanted to give it a try.. What a lovely surprise, finally!!! Master chef, excellent sushi, authentic, very fresh materials, friendly service, and good atmosphere..To all sushi lovers this is a valid place to try.We will be back soon enough.

The location is just facing the cattolica exsit from the autostrada going south direction Ancona, small section in (kind of a food food court), friendly staff and the Brazilian chef is always ready to assisit and explain his creations. I must say thier Temaki is really good, and there is always new dishes to try every time you visit. Highly recommended, not to be missed if you are a sushi lover.

We hadn't booked but there was one table available to accommodate the five of us. The welcome was friendly, service excellent and menus are in Italian and English.Sushi starters looked and tasted great. Shellfish dishes were excellent as was the octopus starter. The mains were excellent, the fried seafood cone is highly recommended but all else looked great. Wine was relatively inexpensive.Enjoyed by all.
