We were looking for a place to eat that would not spend too long and we drove by this restaurant. We noticed that there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. So we decided to give a try. There are a lot of choices to eat from even for vegetarians. As always in these buffets, you pay extra for the drinks. Overall, a good place to eat without thinking when you are hungry and traveling.

Oishii Sushi

Arrived at the grand opening, just missing the lion dance. Decent crowd of people. Inside has a large white magnetic table that moves the plates of sushi along and most the chairs are in front of it. But there is some booth seating available. First of all you are pleasantly greeted and seated. The servers are right there to take care of your needs. A server named Chris, was especially good. The color of the plates indicate the price you pay. Or, you can order what is called, small dishes. I found the inexpensive miso soup to be better than I have had in Hawaii. It was loaded with seaweed and some tofu. The dishes in general were good. I thought the tempura shrimp could be more authentic but it did taste good. They even offer saki here. If you want to change it up a bit, visit this place. DaveHW
