Been going here since before they moved to this location. Still good food and everything prepared well. Shrimp tender, lo mein tasty, Mongolian beef excellent. The pork fried rice could have had more flavor but acceptable. Decent selection of wine, too. Service was excellent.

Visited on a Saturday evening. Busy but not packed. Took a long time to be acknowledged by our server... too long! My husband was getting ready to walk out. Placed our order for everything at once. Avocado salad seemed a little smaller than before... still delicious with fresh avocado and shrimp but definitely not as much. Sushi is the standout here. Very fresh and prepared very well. Cooked meals are good but sushi is definitely the winner. Can BYOB and they provide glassware. We love this! We'll be back but will hope for better service in the future.

I was traveling on business and my husband ate here one night for dinner as it was close to our hotel. The hibachi shrimp and scallops was very good and the vegetables were cooked just right. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. There was no crowd so the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant for a relaxing dinner after a long day at work.

I liked this restaurant, but didnt love it. The scallops were delicious but only got 3 for $28. Scallop Dinner doesn not come with bread, or sides. The mussels appetizer was ok but so spicy. The dumpling appetizer was fantastic. Great service but the restaurant is super dark and small inside

This isn't a bad hibachi restaurant, but our service was marred by several "missteps," in my opinion:1. The host wasn't really pleasant.2. For some reason, food is always served "out of order." At the Original Samurai in Beachwood, they did it right. The shrimp appetizer should come first, then the meat, then the rice and finally the vegetables. They NOW serve the rice first, then the meat, then the shrimp, then the vegetables, and meat. Not sure why this is now common practice, but I like my food to all hot. The rice gets cold, the shrimp isn't served first, etc.3. Now the worst part - not even food-related. We went to pay with our bank debit/credit card, and the place REFUSED to run it through as a credit card. They require you to provide them with your PIN. My guess is that they pay an extra fee for credit if using a debit card, and want to save cash. This is a relatively NEW thing with this location, but it will definitely make me think twice before going again.
