Authentic Thai, Chinese and Sushi restaurant. Bamboo Garden has been summit county's premier restaurant since 1997. We've been voted "Best in County" many times.
This was a pleasant surprise that we just happened across when searching for a restaurant that wasn't packed with people. I'm so happy that we found this hidden gem though because it was so good. The atmosphere is warm (literately) and the lighting helps you feel calm even with there large groups in there. For $1-2 more you can get their dinner special which gives you a soup, an appetizer sampler, and a meal of your choice with rice. The food was cooked to perfection and I greatly appreciated that instead of using gross grease that makes you feel sick afterwards like most Chinese places, they used healthier and lighter oils. I highly recommend eating here or picking something up to-go.

This place was BUSY. As was everywhere nearby. Ended up sat at the sushi bar watching the guys at work. Pure artistry. The pics don't do it justice. They really were mesmerising to watch. The sushi was great. Some of the hot dishes good as well - king po chicken especially. Sweet & sour not so good. And the service wasn't great. A bit sour throughout and the hot food arrived over a 10min period. AND they put 16% service charge on. Cheeky. So a mixed review. But again the sushi was amazing.

This place was located in the Baymont Hotel in Frisco. The dining area was being remodeled. There is a cost fireplace in the dining area. The ramen bowls were about $15. The steak and sushi are a bit expensive. The selection of ramen noodles were quite extensive on the menu. The Tonkatsu was good with pork char sui as well as the chicken ramen. The ramen noodles were not piping hot but warm. But they were flavorful. The bowl of ramen noodles were flavorful - good comfort food on a cold winter evening.
