Reviews on Sushi food in Shreveport, Louisiana, United States. The Red River is the heart and soul of Shreveport, a cultural and gaming center on the Louisiana/Texas border. Riverboat casinos evoke the glamour and mystery of the past while providing modern travelers with thrills and excitement. If the tables aren't your style, take a trip over the neon-lit Texas Street Bridge to the horse-racing at Louisiana Downs in Bossier City, Shreveport's thriving sister city. Visitors can unwind in one of Shreveport's botanical oases and enjoy the area's fine waterfront dining, shopping and entertainment. Shreveport sizzles in the summertime but has a temperate climate for the rest of the year.

Chinese and Japanese Fine Dining
This restaurant is a little off the beaten-path even though on one of the largest thoroughfares in Shreveport - Youree Drive. This restaurant used to be a buffet but several years ago, it was converted into a sit-down restaurant and the owners have really made this a lovely place. The interior is elegant. In addition, the owners keep the restaurant immaculately clean all the time. Everything, including the rest rooms, are sparkling clean. And the food is excellent. they offer one of the nicest Japanese and Chinese lunch menus that is offered in town. Two standard Japanese rolls (spicy tuna are our favorite) plus a salad plus a soup of your choice for about $8.00. You cant beat it. The Chinese lunch is also a value. Dinners are also very good. MY wife and I eat a lot of Asian cuisine and this is now our favorite, and consistently better restaurant in town.

Cute, quaint little restaurant that genuinely serves some of the best sushi in the area. Also great habachi. The service is always very friendly and courteous. We feel like we're treated like family. Staff loves to play with our children when we come in.

Iâve dined here several times over several months and always been pleased. Service is friendly and efficient. Food is fresh and well-prepared. Portions are generous. Not fine dining, but just very enjoyable. Note that the menâs room was exceptionally clean, and a peek into the kitchen revealed the same. All too rare these rare, but a valuable clue in choosing to dine here.Dr. Scott says: Check it out with confidence.
