Only upstairs, so handicapped beware. It has a great patio with music on most evenings. Average sushi and excruciatingly slow service. I lot of beers on tap as well as a house kombucha.Thank you for the review! I just wanted to let you know we have stairs in the front, and on the side of the building where the parking lot is we have a very wide, low slope ramp that accesses the patio and restaurant so that we can accommodate everyone. And most likely this review is from one visit, which would have been the night of Friday July 5th. Our chef's daughter was ill and we had the busiest night in the history of the business, so you are right, we had excruciatingly slow service for 2 hours, and for that I'm very sorry, we strive to make everyone happy and at the busiest hour have a wait for food of no longer than 30 minutes, and we failed to meet that goal, but it wasn't because of a lack of caring. We love our customers and we are really sorry you had to wait.I was there trying my best to help get out every order as quick as possible and I felt so bad we couldn't make everyone happy. I'm very sorry about the delay and next time you come in please talk to me, Noel, or our GM Juan, and we will give you excellent service and your food and drinks are on me. :)

They have two locations, one in the Sanchez Taboada Boulevard and the other in the Plaza Domino in Salinas boulevard. We go most of the times to the Plaza Domino location. The decor in this one is really amazing. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is excellent. You might want to ask for Samuel to serve you, he is really good. One of the highlights is the Kaizen Ramen soup, with Shrimp, octopus, salmon and of course Ramen. The cold sake is a must if you like to drink it.

Had not been into this "top restaurant" in years. Wanted to celebrate Valentines day here. Made reservations, brought a very nice wine bottle.There were about seven waiters and about six tables with people. Every time you had to call the waiter to: uncork the bottle, ask for menus, ask for water, to take your order, to order desert, for the check, etc. Of course you had to serve your own wine.The place is suppose to be top notch; the price sure are.Food was good. The best was the duck burritos with prune sauce.I do not recommend going there; for the food and the price there are many other excellent restaurants in Tijuana.
