My girlfriend had a taste for Hibachi so we tried this place out. You don't get the big show but the food is very good. The clear soup and traditional salad was tasty. The main course was so large! I really enjoyed it and will enjoy it tomorrow too as I took more than half home. Will definitely be going back.

This little strip mall location is small and a bit unassuming, however with another sushi location steps away certainly does deliver flavorful quality food. The dining room is small, but with a no fee byob who cares. The server was informed, friendly and full of personality in a very unusually pleasant way. We had sushi roll combo, generals chicken combo and were impressed with the apps of the chicken plate but the hot and sour soup is a bit too thick and fat egg roll was kinda floury tasting. The generals chicken sauce is homemade and rather bland and flat lacking the bright spicy/sweet tang we were expecting. Obviously they use ground spice as it had a gritty texture and the sauce would benefit from a more traditional preparation with whole chilis. We are big eaters and were very satisfied with the portion size but the shrimp toast is a must and it with a roll would make a nice entree. Though the sushi combo salad dressing is better than most, I'm not a fan of such a flat one note iceberg salad. Our evening was a good one and this is a great mid-week quick bite place, no romance or frills, just good food.
