The name has changed several times but this place has good sashimi and sushi. Very good service And decent prices. Good option for Japanese, their specials are excellent values.

We like Murasaki for three reasons: 1. Pretty good sushi and rolls, love the chopped toro roll, very tasty. 2. The menu offers a variety of choices with high degree of flexibility, plenty of traditional Japanese fares plus some American styled favorites like Boston roll, etc. There are items for every one. 3. Friendly staff, cozy but not too small interior and, giving it is a Japanese restaurant and close to NYC, reasonable price. Recommended!

I have been going to this particular Chinese Restaurant for almost 20 years. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. Katy will light up your day. They also have sushi, not a side thought either, delicious. They are the best Chinese restaurant in Rockland County. Their fried rice is to die for. Not that yellow "fried" rice with little pink meat squares you see elsewhere, this is the real deal fried rice. Believe me, I know.

I was here for lunch with my daughter. I don't eat Sushi, but I did have the Sweet Potato Roll that was so good. The Sushi is on a conveyor belt-which my daughter gets such a kick out of. I had Miso Soup that is one of the best I have had. I also had Goyza. My daughter had a California Roll, Eel Roll, and Shrimp Tempura Roll and Dango (sweet rice desert). It can become a little expensive if you don't watch how many items you take off the conveyor belt. But all in all it is a great place to eat.
