Wild Rice offers oriental dishes ranging from Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai and even Vietnamese. The place is frequented in all hour during the day due to its location. We ordered variety of dishes from bento lunch to crispy duck and we found all the dishes were rather good. The children enjoyed the bento lunch or lunch box Japanese style. The portion was average to large. We most likely to return to the Wild Rice if happen to come through Fairfield.

The place is deceiving in its location at the end of an unattractive strip mall. We finally 'discovered' Henry and his fabulous sushi after our local go-to closed - on the advice of foodie friends. The eat-in atmosphere is not the greatest, however, Henry's welcoming personality and his fresh and well-prepared sashimi and sushi more than compensate. We take-out often and eat-in frequently.

Maybe this is the place for sushi, but don't order the chicken teriyaki. The portion could not have been smaller, and the chicken was tough and overcooked. Minimal rice. Actually everything on the platter was bland and disappointing. The service was terrible. Took forever to get my food, my glass of water, and my check. No one asked how my meal was. I will never go back.

I came here for dinner with my boyfriend and was excited to see all the options they had, sushi and other appetizers. The place is smaller with a very cool feel and set of decorations. We were seated and helped immediately and our server was extremely nice. There were so many small plates that looked good that my boyfriend and I basically made a meal out of them. Everything was delicious, I only give it 4 stars because some of the portions were a little small for the price, but amazing none the less. Parking is on the street, but we were able to go to a small lot nearby and walk over.

We wandered into this restaurant after a late movie and were more than pleasantly surprised. The menu was huge, filled with mostly latin cuisine, with some authentic Peruvian dishes as well as Latin sushi and sashimi. Service was excellent and the dishes were very attractively presented. Be careful not to over order, as the appetizers are the size of entrees.

We visit every six months when staying with family in the area, and were very happy with the food and service. Various salads and shrimp starters were well presented and very, very tasty. The sushi and sushimi came on a large platter and was delicious (it always is). The staff cannot do more to help and our seven year old grandson who is a very regular visitor was treated like a king.We love going for the atmosphere, the food and the friendly service. And it is not overpriced for what it offers.
