They have done a great job with ambiance, food and service in general. Located right at the Medina Square, this place has been around for a long time. They have really done a great job with the ambiance. Separate seating area if you just want to grab some drinks and quick bite to eat. Well appointed restaurant. Food quality is very good. Sushi, Thai and Chinese menu selection. We ha e never been disappointed no matter what we ordered. King Curry is one of our favorites at this location. Singapore Noodles were also extraordinary.

We ordered Chicken-Shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and Chicken teriyaki dinner Bento box with white rice. We sat in a booth instead of having the Hibachi chef prepare the meal. One the other side the chief and his diners were having what sounded like a great Loud time. We wanted and received a more relaxed experiance. Our server did a fantastic time taking care and of explaining the foods. We started with Miso soup and a small salad, that dressing is fantastic, so was the hot soup. The entrees were delivered well prepared. We enjoyed all the flavors except the California roll was cold, the way they make it. We live 40 minutes away and its worth the drive to Medina. We will be back soon!

Thus restaurant primarily serves to corporations. Their restaurant is small, not the typical setup of sushi restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we ordered a variety of sushi, which was served on large wood platter for all to share. . We loved their tempura shrimp roll. They have a variety of rolls which are unique to their restaurant. I would like to return.

We have been spending more time in Medina and Twiisted has become our all around favorite restaurant. This time we had the Chickity China Sandwich, Shroomin' Burger, Deja Vu sushi and the Crab Cake appetizer. I absolutely loved my Chickity China sandwich. The waitress mentioned it was made from scratch with a fresh chicken breast. You could definitely tell it was fresh and not the usual over-breaded and frozen stuff you get at other places. It was cooked to perfect and was tender and flavorful. The very large chicken breast comes lightly dressed with General Tso sauce and with is a small amount of cole-slaw that provides a nice sweet balance to the tangy sauce, all served on a nice butter-toasted bun. If you don't care for the sauce or slaw, I am sure they could leave it off and then you would have an awesome plain fried chicken sandwich. I can't say enough about how perfectly prepared and delicious this sandwich was. The Shroomin' burger was very good, but a bit greasy due to the large patty, mushroom and egg toppings. Deja Vu sushi was a return favorite and is made with the very freshest tuna around. The crab cake appetizer is a repeat for us and extremely good, also the best around; however, if you saw my last review, it has shrunk from the three patties in my previous picture to just two. Still a good value and delicious! Our waitress was training a new waitress - Averi and she was super great and attentive. We love Twiisted!!
