We had heard that Hanabi was excellent, but never made it there, partly because until just recently they opened an hour later on weekends than what was posted on their website. That is fixed now, yay.Absolutely delighted. The atmosphere is pleasing and calm, without being overly fancy. Service was quite efficient and courteous. Outside seating if you wish, but the view is just a big parking lot, so...Excellent food. I had a sushi combo which included California Roll, teka-maki, and 6 peices of assorted nigiri, as well as a cup of miso and a salad. The salad was crisp and fresh, a standard Asian dressing. I thought the dressing was perhaps a bit sweet, but my companions liked it. The miso was good, not as deeply flavored as some I've had, but prefectly good.The teka maki and nigiri were outstanding, The fish was absolutely fresh, flavorful and sweet, cut perfectly without a bit of sinew, which can really detract from lower quality sushi. I trylu enjoyed every bite.One of my companions had barbecued beef, which was tendcer and tasty, while my wife had ton katsu that she thought was wonderful. Both of their meal also came with salad and miso,We finished up with Green Tea ice cream, one serving of which was plenty for 3.. The whipped cream and drizzle of chocolate syrup actually detracted from the clean, light taste of the ice cream, if I order it again I will ask them to leave that stuff off.Prices are very moderate- 3 meals and the ice cream were under $45, including tax.

We've eaten at Yo Sushi a number of times and never been disappointed. My wife is allergic to seafood but says that the Pork Ton Katsu is some of the best she's ever had. The breading is light, crispy and not greasy at all; the pork itself is well done, properly cooked through but not at all dried out. The katsu sauce is good, although I've tasted some elsewhere that is a little more subtle and complex.The sushi, sashimi and rolls are very good. As is often the case, there is such a huge selection of house specialty rolls as to be somewhat overwhelming, and some of them seem to be trying to do too much with too many ingredients, but many are excellent. The sushi and sashimi are very, very fresh selections of red and yellowfin tuna, red and "white" salmon, whitefish, freshwater eel, shrimp- the usual suspects. I really like that it is always perfectly cut and really fresh tasting. The sashimi comes on a bed of shredded cabbage, and the sushi rice is delicately flavored. It's really a good, go to place for a healthy, light lunch or dinner.Atmosphere is so-so- plain tables and bright lights, with some fun sea-oriented décor on the walls. Really marred by a large screen TV that plays non-stop Asian music videos that are amazingly sexist and borderline offensive.

Matsuriâs is a great place for Sushi lovers. The food is fresh and artfully presented. Robert takes great pride in his work and the food reflects that. The Teriakyi Bento box is a favorite as is their seaweed salad and sashimi. The food is reliably good and the wait staff are excellent.
