Typical Asian kitchen, plain and nondescript, but the food is great, especially the sushi. I eat lunch here every few weeks after a haircut, as my barber is in the same stripmall. Other than sushi, the lunch menu also includes soup, egg rolls, spring rolls and the like, the usual Japanese fare. And, in typical Asian custom, don't expect any smiles or pleasantries, just quick and efficient service.

Their hibachi is very good. Not as good as cooked in front of you, but you can't beat the convenience. A take out order rarely takes longer than 10 minutes to be ready. They are super efficient.

We like their sushi and hibachi. Sometimes you get a table chef that is super personable and fun, sometimes they are pretty bland. Overall I wish the service was a little friendlier but the food is great. If you eat hibachi you will leave stuffed and with a box of leftovers!

Madison location is very very cool. Catfish is new to the menu and crawfish was served Saturday. Food is hot and fresh. This place has improved greatly over the past 6 months. We have eaten at this location 5 times. Soup is really good as is boiled shrimp and desserts have gotten much better selection.

We are new to the area and have been searching for our "Go To" sushi restaurant. We opted to try Fusion based on T.A. reviews and local recommendations. Our server was alone on a Saturday afternoon. She was acting as hostess, server, bus person, and managing the phone/take-out. It wasn't busy when we were there, but, her demeanor wasn't overly friendly. She was extremely helpful in assisting us with ordering. I am allergic to imitation crab and their sushi that cites "crab" in any description, based on her feedback, is imitation. We ended up with four rolls and we appreciated the kitchen accommodating my allergies. The presentation had oomph. The cooked rolls were warm. But, there was something lacking in flavor. The commingling of various ingredients just didn't have results. There was nothing "wrong" per se, just not what we would categorize as 4-5 starsLast comment, the dining space could use updating, it's worn....

Our first visit - and on a Sunday night. Literally 4 or so other people. Restaurant appears clear and modern decor. We did not do the hibachi- rather stuck with sushi. Good selection and attentive service.
