Initially stopped into to get something small and light to tide us over until dinner. Booths were a little weather-worn and the J & C menu mix concerned me. Young servers were attentive, but expressionless, almost bored! Seemed to only communicate with each other. I ordered some very simple sushi and wife went with noodles. Food was flavorful, sushi contents were fresh, ample servings, and service was attentive, but detached. As we sat there finishing our tea, we overheard they are moving to a better site in the mall soon, so that may explain why there are some wear and tear issues being put off. Overall, I would stop here again, especially if I could avoid the mall, but thatâs life!

A quaint little spot with a good and varied menu. Counter service was friendly and efficient. My meal was good albeit drenched in a little too much sauce for my taste. I ordered the salmon poke, which was a little lacking in salmon, but for $10 it was a good value.

We ate here twice during our week-long stay. When we ordered ala carte was much better than when we ordered the sushi/sashimi for two. The combo was pretty much only tuna and snapper and ebi for the nigiri and sashimi selections. The rolls are really big and good value. The fried rice was really awesome. Had also Hamachi Kama and seaweed salad. Everything was very fresh and tasty and the bill was very reasonable. Service is excellent. The spicy selections are kinda mild for my taste.

A recent softball tournament had us in Lincoln with a large group. It was decided to have the team dinner at Kobe. They were very accommodating, they allowed us each to have separate checks which allowed everyone to not have the hassle of trying to figure out how much to put in each. The food was very good, as was the show as this place is similar to benihana. It's a fairly new place so they are still getting things together but they provided very good service overall.
