This is the place using the 'real' material for thier menu. Tomato is quite fresh and delitious, cheese is local made and really fresh, each of the fish for Sushi is really selecting the right and good one. Another point is the vineger. They use to different types, one is the real traditional vineger used for Sushi which was estableshed few hundereds years ago. Fantastic!
