We had two meals and two very nice evenings art Mi Casa. Our waiter was Amir who was excellent. Can the owner please show Amir this review, it is from Steven and Donna from UK :-)Amir, and the restaurant easily went over and above to make sure we had great evenings there. Great price, great staff, and great food and drink. Having read all very favourable reviews I we expecting a very good mea.l the sterterwas mushrooms with garlic and peppers there was a strong taste of peppers but no garli and very little seasoning .then aftera wait of nearly thirty minutes my steak arrived along with my wifes camel steak the cammel was fine but the steak was overcooked and they must have realised this before they brought it because there were two waiters trying to convince me it wasnt good enough and within minutes another steak arrived it was cooked to my liking the only trouble was it was all served on a cold plate so within a short period of time all my food was cold.The vegetables served with the meal consisted of four chips a load of roasted peppers and another load of mushrooms.the desert was chocolate mousse with chillie ,the mousse resembled a chalky ball that was almost inedible the chiiies turned out to be a sticky very sweet red sauce nothing like described on the menu.the staff were very friendly sometimes to the point of over_fussing. There were many complaint about the food and the plates being cold we were told they had requested a plate warmer but a very small amount of ingenuity could have solved this issue that most people had . To be fair they deducted the price of our deserts off the bill but at â¬70 for the meal it should have been a lot better

Visited the White Elephant with friends what a shambles. Took ages to get a drink then ordered our food. Starters for 5 of us arrived but one failed to arrive till at least 10 minutes after the rest had finished theirs , we did keep asking where it was . We also asked for some napkins/serviettes, not a strange request , but they only had 3 between 6 of us, how can they run out by 8pm?? The rest of our meal arrived and we did enjoy it, but struggled to get any more drinks. On the whole the food was great but the service was appalling, even with great food itâs not worth the visit for the agro trying to get served

Mustafa was our waiter for our evening meal, despite allergy requirements we all had a fantastic meal! Nothing was too much trouble and drinks were constantly flowing.
