It's no wonder the Japanese companies in the area bring their guests here - it is just like home, and fabulous at that! Excellent food and service, very reasonable prices. Make a reservation. So good!

Our starters included gyoza and horenso truffle salad which both were fantastic. Followed by our main dish âsushi chefâs choice for 2â paired with a well-chosen glass of pinot gris, we were quite full but cheerful. Besides our pleasant diner date I absolutely adore their interior. Itâs warm and welcoming with lots of natural material.Maybe only one thing: I donât think that our waiter had any sommelier experience and thatâs totally fine. But she should not just serve a glass of wine quickly without saying nothing, especially when I asked for recommendation before. I had no idea what I got served and had to ask for it (which took a long while since she was busy for some time). She was quite stressed, but still... I expect to know what I pay for.Nevertheless, really recommend this place by heart.

This mini place in Berger Street offers absolutely delicious fusion and classic sushi...creative new forms of sushi, spicy, crunchy, colorful, you name it...a little bit like in Peru...but also my fav tamago (egg omelette) sashimi and hotate (scallop) nigiri - freshly made...yummy!!! The sticky rice with mango dessert was equally great. Definitely a superb place for a different sushi experience. Need to repeat.

As always it was again a pleasure to visit Matsuri restaurant (reservation required!). If you love fresh fish (served RAW, mind!) as the best Sashimi outside of Tokyo, you will enjoy your dinner here. The authentic chef is very entertaining and quite a clown sometimes :-)We'll sure visit again soon.

Modern sushi restaurant in Europaviertel West. In addition to a large selection of sushi variations, we also offer a variety of delicious and freshly prepared hot dishes, to that a suitable wine, sake, cocktail or a good Japanese whiskey.
We had dinner with friends and were looking for a sushi place and did not expect anything spectacular, just classical sushi. The place wowed us, there are sushi varieties you have never seen before, everything is fresh, the taste is perfect. The atmosphere is neat and modern, there are some tables outside. Try to avoid coming by car since there are no parking places.
