Reviews on Sushi food in Foz do Iguacu, State of Parana, Brazil. Giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, endangered jaguars and clouds of butterflies are among the attractions at this World Heritage-designated park that marks the border between Brazil and Argentina. By foot or by raft, explorers can view one of the world's most stunning waterfalls, Iguazu Falls. Among the park's 270 waterfalls, spectacular Devil's Throat combines 14 falls and generates a "perpetual rainbow" in good weather.

This place really makes an impression on you when you walk in. The amount and variety of food are something incredible. There are lots of salad options, sushi, pastas, carbs, deserts, and lots of meat. The place itself is impressive because of how big it is. It seats I think about 1000 people on one side and maybe half that number on the other. The show is entertaining but nothing spectacular. However, there are so many people that it´s fun to see the reactions. If you like meat, you´ll love this place. However, compared to ARgentina (which is just across the border, 10 minutes away) i would recommend having dinner in Puerto Iguazu instead. The food and show are $45, but if you add drinks you can spend about $60. For the amount of food that´s available it doesn´t feel expensive... but if you don´t eat much, then it´s a lot of money.I don´t eat red meat, and the fish options (except for sushi) weren´t good.

We enjoyed our dinner and drinks at this restaurant. They have an extensive Sushi menu which was really good. We had Caiparinha pitchers which were awesome - quite strong! The Asian fusion menu is also really good and the food very tasty. The wait staff is not very attentive but its ok if you are having a relaxed meal. They have some outdoor seating which was pleasant.

Light, fun and your way! A restaurant for you to have good times with family and friends. Come enjoy the best of japanese cuisine at Sushi Maki!
Just opposite our hotel, I was happy, not having a buffet full of meat. I was looking forward to a small bite. BUT... the prices seemed too low that I was afraid, I might not get enough food to become full. So I ordered a little more. BUT the portions are giant â too much food. So it was not Japanese Japanese but Brazilian Japanese. The fish tartar could be minced smaller and better marinated. Thanks so much for your review, Yes we are japanese restaurant in Brazil, our portions a very big and always with a good and fair price, we will pay attention on the fish tartar, hope you can come back to our house and get some other options we have and enjoy better. safe travels

Refinement, style and exclusivity are adjectives that ilustrate the restaurant. Sushi Hokkai count's on a team of professionals that seek to maintain the tradition of japanese cooking. From the products selection to the thorough preparation and presentati
Fresh raw fish, well prepared and kindly served.Extremely good and cheap bancha.Prices wonderfully reasonable for a tourist place like Foz do Iguaçú.They even offerd us a delicious free dessert to compensate for a very neglectible delay in the service.Japanese food in Foz now has a precise address for me: it's Sushi Hokkai.Congrats to the whole staff!Hi Jnha, how are you?Was a pleasure to receive you guys and thanks for this great review. Please come back soon!

Welcome to the Miyako Japanese Restaurant website. In the Miyako, you can enjoy typical and healthy dishes of japanese cuisine in a simple, but comfortable atmosphere. We'll be waiting for you!
Just few japaneses restaurants I've been in Brazil are such authentic and delightful as this one! There's no sophistication in the place, but are you going to lunch or to take photos? hehehe Several and tasty plates (without brazilian's inventions) that I'd like have tryed all of them. Nice choice !
