Great variety of reasonably priced sushi prepared by mostly Mexican sushi chefs. Lots of choices, both of rolls and nigiri. Large portions. Specials every night. Beer and wine served. Service seems to be slow even when the restaurant isn't especially busy. However, the place is almost always busy because of the popularity of the great food.

Fantastic fresh sushi. Service was amazing. Highly recommended. We had a party of 10 and we're seated immediately. The waitress was on point throughout our meal. After our meal the owner visited with our table and threw in a few extra beers no charge. Over all amazing meal

This was my first time here. I have known the chefs from another place for about 20 years though! These guys will make you time at the sushi bar entertaining! The rolls were tasty and the wait staff was attentive. The sushi is average, but I will go back! I had the Alaskan roll and the Spicy Halibut roll. Next time I think I'll try some of the Korean BBQ - it smelled amazing!

Small cozy restaurant with a drive thru for takeout. Food was average to good. Love their tako yaki. Staff is friendly. If you want a quick bite to eat at a reasonable price this fits the bill. Japanese food.

Took a couple of our friends to Akita, where we haven't been to ourselves in many years. Located in a strip mall, Akita lacks charm and has an unimpressive décor. The service and food however, more than makes up for Akita's cosmetic deficiencies. Our friends ordered various kinds of sashimi and we ordered sushi rolls. Everyone in our party was happy with the freshness/quality of the fish.
