This little gem is easyly overlooked, but dont let the outside fool you. The sushi is is realy great, you find a large variety of classic and modern sushi on the menue. You get a very good value for your money. Beside some great salmon, spicy tuna and yellowfine makis I hade the dragon roll which blow my mind.

Havenât been in quite some time. Hibachi dinners were very tasty. Service just ok. They are very busy on sat night. Suggest a reservation. Steak dinners very tasty. Noodles as an add on are also good. Suggest a more robust quantity when ordering edamame Shrimp also very good and s nice size and quantity served. Sushi attractive but weâve had better.

Our first visit here turned into a really great meal! We have passed this location many times and the building has been remodeled since its previous tenant. Lucky for us we tried it.Our dinners were great - Teriyaki Shrimp and Teriyaki Salmon. They both came with white rice. I had the miso soup and my wife had a salad with our entrees. We shared a tempura banana for dessert. The restaurant has a big selection of beers and wines (I had an Asahi beer.) We sat at the bar since all tables were filled late on a Friday evening. Service was very attentive. Our food was prepared well, if a bit slow, but it is cooked to order and it was a very busy night. The interior of this restaurant is very modern with subtle lighting and multi-colored LED highlights. We remember this location as a Pizza Hut...what a difference! We will certainly visit again. Highly recommended and a nice addition to the restaurant scene in Eldersburg.
It's not a secret location but is now call "Tony's", as opposed to Kyoto. If you like sushi and hibachi that has that family friendly, personal touch, this is the place. After the new owner took control of this restaurant in 2008 and renamed it, you could see the transformation in the restaurant decor as well as the food. The hibachi is excellent. The menu is similar to many others, but Tony added two different dipping sauces for your food. One is for seafood, the other for chicken and steak entrees, but they could be used for either depending on your taste. The hibachi chefs are quite entertaining creating the onion volcano for kids, doing knife demonstrations as well as their antics with shrimp tosses into your mouth from the other side of the grill. The last time we sent, in the mouth shrimp catches were rewarded with saki squirts, for as long as you could guzzle the stream. The sushi is where I think Tony's outruns others. Besides the huge menu, Tony takes the time to put new special creations on his whiteboard. His choice of ingredients is interesting and if you frequent the restaurant, Tony can tell you what to try based on your taste and prior orders. Additionally, Tony will make or recreate sushi orders to taste or recreate something you have had elsewhere. Tony made me a favorite from my first sushi sensations, Tuna Tar-Tar. After about two years of making the creation, he surprised me by putting it on the menu. Other creations I love there that are not found elsewhere include Tony's Volcano roll, a multi-fish roll, cut into six slices, placed into a toaster oven, topped with Tony's spicy mayo and baked until the may starts to crisp.Tony's also participates in Restaurants.com. This allows you to treat yourself with a discount once a month.
