Ordered the Lobster roll ($29), Thai red curry and Massaman curry which were in the $17 range. The roll was ok. Not sure how they managed to destroy the lobster. The curries were plain bad. We left most of both the curries. Refused the doggy bag. The servers seemed unfazed. They did seem concerned that we left most of the food and did not want to take them. Would not recommend and will not visit again.

The restaurant features an exciting dining concept that merges innovative sushi and a contemporary Mediterranean Fusion Menu, with a hip, chic, modern design and an upbeat lounge-like & Hookah Bar atmosphere.
I went to have dinner with some friends and we had reservations. It couldâve not gone worst. We waited for our waiter for 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. I ordered a soup, they had no soup, ordered a roll that had sweet plantains, no sweet plantains( in Miami is impossible not to have sweet plantains). At the end 2 glasses of wine, edamames, dumplings and 2 rolls = $90.The waiter even apologized for the service and the delays. The food wasnât bad but we just wanted to leave. There are so many good restaurants in Miami, you can skip this one.The worst part is that the place and the atmosphere are amazing. Next...

We just back from a 2-week vacation in Japan, and I would say that Izakaya offers the most authentic menu of the Japanese food you would find across the board in Japan. The menu has a broad range of traditional appetizers and entrees from across Japan, prepared simply and beautifully as they are in Japan, and absolutely delicious as the food is in Japan. Everything we ordered was flawless (gyoza, tsukemomo, okonomiyaki - yes, you read that right - okonomiyaki), and the dishes that we observed being served at other tables looked equally flawless. We already picked out some of the dishes to order for next time based on what our table neighbors ordered (tempura sweet potato). We can't wait to go back to Izakaya. Arigato gozaimashta!

One terrific lunch. My friend and I started off with a saki, and an Asahi Super Dry. Outstanding. We had their ginger salad and soup. A+. Then the salmon and vegetables. Excellent. Service was ok, not great. The strength of the setting and their menu made up for the service shortfall. They earned a 5!

Totally lost in a middle of a small shopping mall, between Ace Hardware and a grocery shop, not a place where one would expect to find a top notch, sophisticated, Japanese restaurant - superbe products, fresh fish, both imaginative dishes and traditional fare. Worth a trip for a great diner at a decent price.

There several options of sushi and hot plates. Its a average buffet with afordable price, little salty on the beverages. We come in with a large group and was a 15 minutes waiting really good. Isnât too much about the service since is a buffet.
