I absolutely love this restaurant it is our favorite spot to go out and have a nice dinner the chefs are very nice and fun and the food is super good very good quality everything is very clean I will definitely recommend and continue to come back!!!! Our favorite chef by far is (Arturo) The drinks are very good to the bartender makes them very well!! :)

Colton is probably the last place in the Inland Empire that you would think of as having a great sushi place but Miguel's is definitely a hidden gem. I went on a weekday before noon and the place was bustling to say the least. Large friends and family type groups as well as business people include fire and police. The service was quick and efficient, the menu choices plentiful and well presented and best of all the food was top notch. Highly recommended.

Popped in here for a quick lunch on the way home and liked what I saw on the menu.The food tastes very fresh. I had an avocado/crab roll with cucumber and it was very refreshing and tasted very nice. Had a saki which topped off the lunch perfectly.It is in a small strip mall and is a small restaurant with friendly service.Stop by if you get the chance

I went there a week ago and every location on the floor near the buffets had dead roaches and live roaches over by the sushi bar, by the Mongolian stir fry,and near the tables. This used to be one of my favorite locations. A little girl seated us and when went to pay I asked for the for the manager the older lady who was normally there, I found out it's her grandmother was not available. So we just paid and left disgusted. I will never return.
