We have lived in Coral Springs for only a year. My husband had a hankering for Chinese food tonight, and we decided to try Red Ginger Asian Bistro for the first time.We are so glad we did! We arrived at about 7:15 PM on a Saturday night. The parking lot area nearest the restaurant was almost completely full, but we got the one remaining spot. We walked into the restaurant, and although it was extremely busy, with takeout and dine-in customers, we were able to be seated within just moments. Our server, Amy, promptly greeted us and took our drink order. We got a pot of hot tea, and it was piping hot & delicious. My husband ordered miso soup to start, and he received a generous serving of it, in a bowl. He really enjoyed it. I ordered Vegetarian Spring Rolls to start. They were perfect, and were served with generous portions of both Honey Mustard sauce and Duck sauce. My entree was Honey Garlic Chicken, served with rice, and my husband's was called "Rainbow from the Sea", which is a mixed bowl of shrimp, crabmeat, scallops, and veggies in garlic sauce, served with rice. We both enjoyed our entrees, and could not finish them because the portions were very large. We brought the rest of our food home with us. Service was pleasant and prompt. We had no complaints whatsoever. We agreed that this restaurant is definitely worth returning to!

We visited Mamas for a quick bite while out & about. We had several rolls including a lobster roll, spicy tuna, & some mixed rolls. We also had pad thai & red curry. Everything was seasoned well & the sushi was fresh. The service was also good. We would go back sushi & thai!

Was looking for a Japanese restaurant that had Sukiyaki and it was listed within their online menu. When I got there and asked to see a menu it was listed. Usually it is beef and vegetables cooked in a broth at the table. Prices vary usually between $35.00 and $40.00 with Wagyu beef being higher in price. Their menu price of $17.95 - and a chicken version for $1.00 less. Sukiyaki is never made with chicken. That price scared me back to the Hibachi table once again. "Kitchen Made".The one compliment was that I was seated quite quickly and no waiting.Hibachi is the usual soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, vegetables and rice and you select your entree. Fried rice is additional. I selected the filet mignon and shrimp. Plus I ordered their Tuna Tataki as an appetizer as an addition. Their table cook came out, and the first item he prepared was the fried rice for all but two. Then came my filet cooked as requested - rare- but most all in small 1/4 to 3/8 inch little square pieces. They are so small you could not actually taste any real meat flavor. Then he finally placed the shrimp on the grill. He took two pieces and placed them on my plate and stated "here is your appetizer". After the soup and the salad is when they always serve the two piece appetizer. {That is the reason why I ordered an actual appetizer to have at this point}. It did not arrive. Most everyone was pretty much finishing and they were bringing out the checks, and the waiter leaned over quietly stated, the kitchen did not make your Tuna, do you want it now? My answer was of course not. When you order a filet mignon, you want to savor the flavor as you enjoy each mouthful, you don't want little squares dipped in a sauce which is all you can actually taste, and definitely not to be served before the two piece shrimp appetizer.I'll think twice before i go here again..

Driving up to Gainesville from Miami and wanted Thai food. Searched the internet and found this great place. As others have said the decor is nothing to look at but the food is super fresh and delicious. Owner very nice. Lovely salad came with the meal. My noodle dish was outstanding with loads of fresh vegetables and tofu. My husband's chicken panang curry had just the right level of spicy. The portions were HUGE. Leftovers for lunch today. Really super place. Wish we lived closer. Go you will be glad you did.

My husband & I stopped by on a Friday at 6 pm on our way to a concert at Coconut Creek Casino. We were fortunate to arrive during the 5-7 happy hour. We had a wonderful sushi platter and scallops pad Thai. They have a beautiful outside area. The food and service was great, we will return.

When you are looking for the best sushi and seafood buffet, look no further than SanTo's Modern American Buffet & Sushi. We serve up astonishingly fresh and affordable sushi, seafood, and contemporary American cuisine! Many sushi buffets in Coconut Creek
You might think the name Santos is spanish. Actually it is Chinese.SANTO ' S is the spelling. The sushi, vast assortment of choices in both Chinese and American dishes are all upscale quality. Hand carved meats include steak, prime rib, sausage, etc. The cost is about double a cheap Chinese buffet, but worth it.
