Service good except the waitress might be new we had to repeat our order every time. Sushi is really just average comparing to sydney. Need more varieties. We told the guy at the cashier we were going to the cinema straight away and then we found out the ticket only cost $10 if you buy over the counter in the cinema...could have been more informativeHello 270dianam,We wish to begin by thanking you for taking the time and effort to leave OSushi Byron Bay a review. We value our customers immensely and the feedback in which they provide helps us improve and excel as a restaurant. We were extremely sad to read your review, we pride ourselves on sourcing quality fresh ingredients and use local, organic and free range produce where ever possible. I really haven't had a worse ramen. It was lacking depth of flavour in the broth, claimed to be spicy but wasn't, had random veggies in it that weren't ramen appropriate (eggplant??) and the mine just tasted like unseasoned fried mince. Like bologanise mince before you add the sauce... Would not recommend the 'spicy' pork ramen. Some of the rice dishes other visitors had looked good though.
