It is the second most populous municipality in the province and the sixth in the region. Documented as an existing urban center in the ninth century. The city was destroyed by the earthquake of 1915. It was rebuilt after the 1944 Allied bombing. The city was decorated with the silver medal for civil merit, an award granted by the Italian Republic.

Located between a gas station and a car repair Hong Yun restaurant presents itself as another unassuming Asian restaurant, until you enter. Was I surprised to find a large dining room with beautiful linens, blue neon hidden lights, a spotless floor and not one, but 3 menus: Chinese, Japanese and Thai in addition to traditional Italian cuisine. How is that possible? The waitstaff do speak and understand Italian and can advise you on your choices. And there are hundreds of them.I was on a seafood quest, so anything with crab, shrimp, fish or lobster was my order. For appetizers we ordered prawns on toast, won tons and a shrimp salad. Everything on the appetizer menu was under five euros apiece.Usually I select a fried rice dish, but this time we decided to sample four different dishes: crab & prawns with vegetables, a seafood soup with clear broth and beaten egg, abalone with noodles and clams and finally spaghetti with ragu. Two hungry people barely finished this feast. We had no room for dessert. And all for under 40 euros.The meal was prepared with care and served by kind waitresses. We will return to try some more of their delicious menu.

Ogni tanto mi fermo da loro per assporare un po' di sapore orientale e posso dire che sono sempre soddisfatto di tutto. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile nell'ascoltare il cliente. Per questo do 5 stelle ;-)

Siamo tornati dopo 1 mese da Chieti, dopo esserci trovati benissimo la prima volta....che dire? Unâottima conferma, sushi buonissimo, servizio rapido, molta varietà del menù e staff gentilissimo! Veramente straconsigliato!!!! Abbiamo provato vari roll e il nuovo pokè! Bravi ragazzi! E per finire un bel sake!!! Torneremo sicuramente! Non câè 2 senza 3!
