We ate here twice during our short break in Catania and the restaurant was very busy. The local Grillo wine was served perfectly chilled and the Pasta Norma was delicious.

The restaurant sat our large group of varied nationalities and languages of about 20 people for a fixed menu on Easter Sunday. A beautiful carpaccio of varied , very fresh fish matched with delicious home-made breads was great. A superb caponata followed. Mixed fried calamari, red mullet, anchovies, sardines and sepia ink flavored arancini were delicious as were beautifully prepared mussels. An excellent risotto was served followed by a delictable classic Sicilan pasta with swordfish. The wine recommendation was perfect.The server was professional, gracious, patient, accomodating, personable with a great sense of humor. The server was absolutely wonderful!!!!!!A wonderful evening....
