My husband and I had happy hour hamburgers in the bar. The service was prompt and friendly and the food and wine were delicious. The manager stopped by to check on us and was also very friendly. The people here bend over backwards to make sure youâre happy. I have never been treated so well and all we had were hamburgers! It is our go to restaurant for happy hour now and it already was for special occasions. Amazing service! I believe the managerâs name is Chris.

We stopped here for dinner. We were immediately served a bread basket. I ordered their Walleye Pike dinner which was very good. She ordered their broiled Lake Superior fish dinner which she also enjoyed. The portions were more than adequate. The meals include soup or salad, choice of vegetable, and ice cream for dessert. Our server was friendly and efficient. Would recommend this restaurant.

My salad was ordinary. My mother's soup was good,but too salty. The decor is lovely and suits the restaurant perfectly. The service was quite attentive.

We've eaten at this well managed eatery at least a dozen times, and it's been consistently excellent. Steaks and fish are both carefully prepared, and although the service may not be Michelin perfect, it's friendly and consistently efficient. The trick here is to go early if you can or to prepare to stop at the bar for a libation before going to your table. Parking is a problem - the place is so popular, you'll have a tussle finding a spot to stow your car.
