Saw good reviews on trip advisor so thought we'd trust what we'd read and have a family meal here for a birthday. Sadly didn't live up to expectations as a steakhouse. Ordered a medium rare steak which was sent back as it could have mooed on the plate. Ordered a medium steak which was touching medium rare at best. Mentioned in reviews on here that portion sizes aren't brilliant which i would also echo. The steaks themselves would have been lovely if they were cooked correctly. Other family members ordered side dishes which were very lacking in quality and size. Dauphinoise potatoes was just slices of potato with a bit of cheese and not much sauce unfortunately. However the fries and sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. Sauce on the side of the steak was nice also. We mentioned we weren't impressed with our food to the manager but didn't have much to say. Our bill was over £100 and we've had better food elsewhere for less sadly to say. Wouldn't recommend unless they learn to cook a steak.We're sorry to hear about that! Another wonderful night at Prime, as always service and food on another level, we were greeted and seated by a lovely Host who immediately sent over our waitress for the eve, her name was Sorina, she took our drinks order and arrived with a lovely glass of Prosecco for us all complimentary which was so nice. We shared the starters Pate and Camembert between the 4 of us, there was plenty as accompanied by the delicious warm cheese scones which also are complimentary. I had the burger which is always so fresh served on a light Brioche Bun, my 3 family members all had steaks, a fillet, a Ribeye and a Sirloin, all were cooked to perfection, the sides were hot, we always have a great meal at Prime, this was the first time my Son had eaten here and he is a real foodie, he absolutely loved it. Staff always are so friendly and polite, Sorina was fabulous tonight. Many thanks and we will see you all again soon.

We had a superb meal here tonight. I ate the churrasco de chorizo steak which was delicious, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I chose churros for dessert and they were absolutely spot on. Great ambiance and service too (the Spanish waiter was super friendly and welcoming). Will be back as a family for another meal and also with friends for an evening of some drinks and Argentinian tapas.

So pleased to have come across this gem. such a lovely meal me and my wife had. I couldn't get enough of those fresh oysters. the service was very nice too. All in all very lovely place to dine.
