I was not sure I wanted to come here but I'm overjoyed I did. The food was awesome but it was the exemplary service that really won me over. I have been extolling the great praises for the restaurant ever since, Leslie was a splendid server and the team supporting her including the managers, supervisors, other severs, bus boys, bartenders did a superb job

Well, valet was the best part of the whole experience: quick and courteous. Then one hostess told me Iâd need to remove my hat (British driving style cap) once seated, and she was abruptly corrected with âNo! He has to take it off before going in the dining room!â Okay, no worries, but the last Ruthâs Chris I went had a noisy family of 6 next us- all in sweatpants and sweatshirts. If you have a dress code, post it and stick to it. The service was kind and professional. However, my sonâs medium-well filet was really well done without a hint of pink in the middle. My wifeâs, on the other hand, was also ordered medium-well, and pretty much came out medium-rare! She didnât eat the 2-ounce center, and left it on the plate. The waiter looked at it as he cleared the plate and asked nothing. Come on, isnât this what Ruthâs does for their existence? I ordered the red snapper with coconut rice, and it was okay at best. It was most surprising because it was more expensive than the filet. Then there were the sautéed mushrooms, which are usually very lightly seasoned. I donât know if or when they changed the recipe, but these were in a thick, rich, and very salty sauce. So, all in all, not a good experience, and certainly not what Iâve come to expect from Ruthâs Chris. So, did I say anything about these issues to the waiter or manager? No... because I was never asked how things were. Not âAre the filets cooked to your liking?â, or âDid everything come out alright?â - Nothing! Not going back to this location, and not in a hurry to go to another. Thank you for your candid review. We strive for the highest brand standards in terms of quality, service and atmosphere and we are sorry to hear that we didn't exceed expectations. We would welcome the opportunity to earn back your business. Please send your contact information, including a phone number, to us at [email protected] so we may speak to you directly. Thank you!

The restaurant is not the quietest place to share conversation (you can ask for a booth which would be better than a table in the middle of the room). The service and the food are always excellent.Hope to see you soon

Another outstanding dinner at the McLean VA Fleming's Steakhouse. Food is very generously portioned; perfectly prepared; beautifully presented; and with excellent service. Valet parking is available, but I always like self-parking in the underground garage - which is especially nice if the weather is an issue.

Step back in time 60 years to when going out for dinner meant something really special. Step into Wildfire, a steak and chophouse with the aura of a 1940's dinner club. From the decor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perf

My husband and I have visited the location in Charlotte, NC so we had high hopes that this location would be as good or better. We brought or 2 children (7&11) to dinner the first evening in Virginia. The "salad" bar had many items with at least something to satisfy everyone in our group. The cuts of meat were excellent. The rice, beef ribs, and Waldorf salad were my personal favorites from the evening. The service was exceptional. We visited on a Thursday evening, around 7 and it was terribly crowded. Thanks for dining with us and providing great feedback. We agree the walldorf salad and beef ribs are delicious. We hope to have you back soon

The steaks at this place are just wonderful (there were 3 of us and we all had different steaks). However the red wine we had was far too cold. We were told it was stored at 45 degrees but it was way too cold to get the best from the wine. Great place, great food ... but PLEASE get the wine right too!

Certainly felt that we were eating with the "upper crust" at this popular place in Tyson's Corners. Expense account or lobbyist prices combined with extraordinary food. The seafood tower is a wonder to behold. We ate lightly off the appetizer menu. I had crab cakes and my husband enjoyed the Norwegian salmon. Too rich for my blood.
