I had the ribeye steak and it was full of gristle and fat. As someone who takes pride in grilling steaks at home Iâm pretty confident Outback cooks can look at a cut of beef and know itâs inferior before cooking it. If you are betting your reputation on steak, you have to get it right. You should expect and require your food service vendor to not deliver sub standard cuts to you. And if they do, your cooks need to reject them and never serve them to your guests. As soon as our salads arrived, here came our entrees. We felt we were being rushed. Bottom line: lousy steaks and rushed service.

First time at a Longhorn's and I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and value of my dinner. My New York strip was a generous steak cooked perfectly.

Everything was very well done. Service was outstanding. Our party asked a lot of questions and the server was patient and extraordinarily helpful. Food was excellent. Steaks were tender, moist, and delicious. Fish of the day was halibut and it, too, was mouth-watering. The scallops I ordered as an accompaniment to my steak were so tasty.

We had several people suggest this restaurant. The service was ok overall. A few things to note: the entree order was incorrect- instead of Mahi we got very rare Ahi; salad portion was very small; and it was difficult to get attention of wait staff. I visit the area at least once a month, probably will not go back.
