Franklin's BBQ & Steakhouse offers a wide range of native american cuisine dishes, steaks and barbecue.
Our family went to Franklin's while visiting friends in Tashkent and were surprised by the selection and excellent quality of Southern, American-classics, and Tex-Mex dishes. Between our group we ordered Jambalaya, Burritos, Sliders, hand-dipped corndog, and salads. All of the dishes were very close or indistinguishable from what one would expect in America. Also the service was great. If you can't get to the U.S. but are craving American food, Franklin's is a great choice.

The restaurant is decorated with some Gauchoâs posters and you can even see the âparilladaâ (wrongly spelled) sign in a fake copy of a South American grill, the live music band played a tango, the service is not bad although the menu is all in Russian but there is a waiter that speaks some English (ask for Danny) and the steaks, well they are definitely not Gauchoâs style. We ordered lamb and beef and both were sort of marinatedâ¦not what we expected! The ambiance is pretty joyful with many celebration events taking place, prices are OK, but it is an Uzbek style steak cuisineâ¦nothing else. If you like it this way than I may recommend it!

For Tashkent this place is a little unusual with music videos, cool setting, hip wait staff and a child's play area/room to boot. The food is good, although they do run out of things, and the coffee up to western standards. The child play area is large and a great attraction if you have kids. They have enough activities to keep the kids busy. Prices are reasonable.
One of the most exclusive restaurants in town where one must book days ahead. Run be celebrity chef Abdurahman Poziljonov, it offers some of the tastiest and tenderest meat dishes in Tashkent. The back of the restaurant is secluded for business meetings. Highly reccommended

The most brutal bar. The delicious unusual burgers and craft beer. Rock group perfomance, live sound. The interior is steampunk style.
You are paying for the ambiance, which is pretty cool. The food is decent although pricey for Uzbekisten. Limited beer selection but not bad for Uzbekistan. It is worth going to if you are looking for something a little more western for a meal.

This is our second time in this restaurant and I should say that we want to come back here again. For Tashkent, this place is a refuge for those craving Mexican/TexMex food. Their buritos are good and huge. Their beer is great! The only disadvantage is that they don't have patio so that to enjoy outdoors while dringking freshly brewed beer.

Fine dining place. Very good winelist from the importer!
After traveling 9 days across Uzbekistan, we chose this place for our last dinner for its excellent reviews. And we can definitely confirm. We had a lovely evening, the location is elegantly furnished with a touch of Western/European style and the food was delicious. It's true they're not offering a "typical Uzbek experience" - also in terms of prices, rather expensive but justified by the offer and quality - which, however, we found to be a great alternative in this city/ country full of traditional offers.

Cozy restaurant with wide range of meal and drinks. European and local cuisines, free wi-fi, draught beer, local & imported wines, delivery/take away; Apropriate price and good quality. One of the best pasta and steaks in the city
Very cosy and nice inside! Greatest assets of the place are wait staff Diana and Madina, who are very welcoming and attentive. Food is nice, too. We had (in three visits) coffee (great), minestrone (ok), pizza (nice), apple strudel (delicious, served with a dollop of nice ice cream).
