Went this past Saturday around 4pm. Wasn't crowded yet but by 4:30, they were lined out the door! We had a party of 11. Got seated pretty quickly (but in the bar area which was very, very loud). Our waitress was very fast and very attentive to our needs. We started with a salad from the salad bar. Their salad bar is really good. As far as the steak, I would recommend not ordering the sirloin. It was quite tough. However, I did taste my friend's Trail Boss Ribeye and my husband's Coyboy Ribeye and both were delicious and very tender. Would recommend the Trail Boss or Coyboy ribeye (not the sirloin). One thing I would suggest is that Linebergers take a little more time and cook the french fries, onion strings (that go on top of the steaks) and their garlic bread a little bit more. All those things were very undercooked and all were very soggy. They also placed my french fries in the juice from the steak which made them even more soggy. The next day I reheated my leftovers in our air fryer and the fries, onion strings & garlic bread were all much better after they were cooked more thoroughly. Overall, I would recommend Lineberger's if you're in the mood for a good steak but I'd stay away from the sirloin, and would also recommend getting there early if you're going on a Saturday because they get crowded pretty quick.

I have been to many Outbacks in the USA, and one in Brazil, and this is one of the best. I was here on multiple nights and all of my bartenders- Nikki, Sydney, and Chief- were polite, courteous, friendly, and efficient. The food was great and it obviously brought me back.

I hate to give negative reviews, but in this case, I have to. First, the restaurant was not crowded, we sat for a good 12 minutes before anyone even came over to take a drink order; since we had plenty of time to check out the menu, we went ahead and ordered our beverages, appetizer and food at the same time. There were 2 adults, a 12 year and 6 year old. Without asking, they brought the 12 year old a child's cup with lid ... that didn't go over well, but it was probably a mistake so we ordered a regular beverage. The appetizer came out fair quickly, but it was just chips and queso so nothing that had to be prepared. Salads came out - ok and decent. But here is where things start to unravel... we waited and waited and waited... although the waitress kept walking by our table with other food, an hour later, the manager came over to inquire how it was going. My husband said, "well, I'm not sure, we've been waiting for over an hour" -- she said, "well that is our fault, we forgot to put your order in, but your food is coming up soon. We are going to give you a 10% discount." So if the drinks and appetizer got in, how did the food order get lost? The steaks had a good flavor, but the ribs were iffy. The mashed potatoes were just OK. The 6 year old ordered mac n cheese, but it had a weird taste and she wouldn't eat it. After we started eating, the waitress brought out rolls ... not sure where they had been all this time, but they finally arrived. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, but again, the restaurant was not crowded. Maybe 20 people total when we arrived. I did notice that the Hostess (a guy) was also pulling duty as a bus boy. It was not a pleasant dining experience.Hi. I apologize for your poor experience in our Mooresville location. We strive to exceed your expectations and we obviously fell short of that.
