Steak dinner on New Year's Eve was our perfect celebration. When we arrived there was a very long wait, approximately 90 minutes. Timing was everything because by the time we finished our meal the restaurant was half empty. For an appetizer we got the cheddar and bacon dip, absolutely delicious. I have the prime rib which was amazingly lean and flavorful coach just the way I like it, rare. My husband had the filet mignon which was cook just the way he liked it. The waitress was exceptional and very friendly. It was the perfect way to celebrate New Years Eve. We always know we can get good steaks at Longhorn.

We sat at the bar as the tables required a long wait. Dana, the bartender took great care of all 5 of us. The beer was cold and the food arrived warm and cooked as ordered.We went back 2 days later and had an equally good time. Dana was again very helpful although she wasnât even tending the bar that day.
