We had a lovely dinner at Gliss this evening. The server was friendly and attentive. The appetizers were wonderful....baked brie with cranberry salsa, beef tartlets, and tenderloin bites. Nom nom. My one suggestion is to precook in the onions in the tartlets...they were a bit underdone. I had the stuffed chicken...they accommodated my sensitivity to red pepper and left that ingredient out, which was nice. It was so yummy, as were the risotto cakes. My companions raved about their steaks and sesame tuna. We topped it off with the praline cheesecake. Moist and delicious!

A Tourist Destination Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie ON. Casual, Contemporary Steakhouse Offering Greek & Italian Entrees, A Bar And Sunday Buffet Brunch
One of the most beautiful places at Sault Ste Marie, magnificent and comfortable with kind staff (most of the people in this part of our country is extremely nice and kind, do not miss Toronto at all). Anna, our waitress was amazing, menu knowledgeable, willing to recommend options, very well educated, execro service. Good was good, chicken souvlaki cooked to perfection, flavourful and juicy, pretty good rice and the Greek said is one of the best ever. The tortellini sweet also good and they have good beers on tap. Desserts, nothing to go crazy. Nice, warm, kind people and good food.

We had a WONDERFUL dinner at Embers! I ordered the carpaccio appetizer, and my husband had the fresh oysters. They were both blissfully delicious!! Then we both had the hanger steaks with waffle fries. OUTSTANDING! Perfectly cooked! We ended with the delightfully comforting apple-pear crumble (just like grandma used to make) and the Lindt chocolate torte, which, interestingly, is made with duck eggs! They were both very nice, although I do prefer dark chocolate. Overall, an amazing meal and a lovely evening. Thanks!

Our friends gathered here to celebrate some milestone birthdays. The atmosphere is bright, open and awesome and our server was exceptional. He was friendly and attentive. A person in our party had a food intolerance and he checked with the kitchen to ensure that it would not be in her meal. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed the sandwich they had ordered for lunch. Drinks were good too! The sweet potato fries are a must try as they are thick and made fresh ... no wimpy potato strings here! No room for dessert! We were here for a long time and we were not rushed to leave by the staff to leave. We had a great experience and will certainly return again.

In a hotel (not ours) but close to our hotel.....We completely enjoyed our meal!! My wife was enthralled with her seafood pasta! I was a bit subdued with eh squash ravioli with maple cream sauce. A little rich for my blood!Service was fabulous!! Could not say any more for our lovely server!!
