We took our visiting friends to this high end restaurant for dinner - and were shocked at the extremely high prices, slow disinterested service, and food served warm - not hot. The steaks were average in taste and did not come with any sides (those are a costly side addition). The worst part, however, was the extremely loud level of noise in this restaurant. It seemed as though everyone was screaming, because they could not hear their friends, either. The clanking of dishes and other general noise made this an exhausting dinner occasion. We will not be back.

What started off as a pleasant experience slowly deteriorated. Most of the wines by the glass on their list were not available. After 2 or 3 efforts with the server to find a wine that was in stock, the owner came over and offered another wine that was not listed by the glass on the menu. The food was ok and the service was friendly, though spotty, but when the bill came we were charged 35% more for the wine than any other wine by the glass listed. When I expressed my concern to the owner, he immediately began insulting me. When I protested his rudeness, he just became more insulting. Although he offered to take one glass off the bill, he told me never to come back and then called me an offensive name on my way out the door. To maKe matters worse, he cancelled my Open Table reservation after the fact so I couldn't leave a negative review. STAY AWAY!Luisa, thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are very sorry that these events transpired as they are not indicative of the service that we provide here. We hope to see you again soon.

The service was excellent and the dood tasty, but very little variety of choice. The main differences were in the size of meat. Dessert was superb! Overall, given the lack of cuts of steak to choose from and the minimal sauces, butters, or other flavorings to go with the steaks, it seemed over-priced for the choices available.

When you go to a restaurant specializing in steaks you d0n't expect your meat will be overdone especialling when you're paying quite a high price just for a piece of meat. That being said. while both couples sent their steaks back, they were eventually returned properly cooked but it threw the whole meal out of kilter. Then the aesthetics of the presentation of the meal was terrible and unappetizing; just ahunk of meat on a white plate with no embellishment. Then we waited and waited for our bill which took over a half hour and if we had not gone searching for the waitress we would have probably been there all night. So maybe they will get their act together but there are plenty of other good options.
