We all had pretty good meals. Steak was perfectly cooked. My husbands had the ribs. Came out with 2 huge ribs and were tasty. I had the prime rib sandwich was very diapointing: meat was tasteless and watery tasting. Salmon was great. Only problem we had was the service. Our server was so busy she couldnât clear the table or even bring water. We had to find our waitress for a second order of drinks. We also had a toddler and asked for a larger table and told we couldnât because reserved. We left and one of the tables reserved was still empty.

Pleased with the service and food. Very nice atmosphere, and the place is in a good location in Sanford. Never had a bad meal here. Nice variety of steak and chicken entrees.

BEWARE Do NOT RECOMMEND 1st and LAST Time EVERWe had reservations for 12 people; a 40th BDay party. Seated right on time @6:30pm. Two male & female waiters said they'd take care of us. 90 minutes in all we had were teas, 1 beer no glass after asking, waters and warm bread and butter. I think the orders were never put in. Male waiter totally disappeared during service and female waitress seemed to avoid us. A manager came to advise they were out of prime rib about 50 minutes after we ordered it. 3 Cheese fries had no cheese! I wrongly assumed coconut shrimp was baked and omg totally deep fried and just barely 1/2 shrimp bite. Inedible and gross. Arnold Palmer was just tea. No refills on water. Kids liked the mac and cheese and burgers. Some managers came out because they knew the service was all wrong; they comped the diner who ordered prime rib. Cannot remember the last time I did not tip; this service and food was so bad. Will never consider going again. Really gross place.

The "buckskins" are the best. They are potato planks covered in cheese, bacon and sour cream !! They are crispy and hot !! The beer is cold and the staff very accommodating. The place could use some updating but it might raise the inexpensive menu prices

Hubby and I decided to eat at the bar and the service was EXTRAORDINARY! Our service duo was on top of their game. Everyone at their station was important!!! The Ribeyes were delicious and food, as always, was hot and served well. A great place for families... enjoy!
